The 60 Day Challenge is an opportunity to kickstart a lifestyle change with accountability and BIG rewards. We’re here to help you through 60 days of goal crushing success! Gain muscle, lose body fat, shed unwanted inches, improve your nutrition and gain confidence over 60 days of health and fitness.

How do you determine who wins?

Points! Every bit of awesome earns you points and the individual with the most points (aka the most awesome person) wins! On March 31st, we’ll have another weigh-in party to get your final numbers.

  • Most muscle mass gained = 600 points
  • Most body fat lost = 600 points
  • Most inches lost = 600 points
  • Most weight lost = 400 points
  • Attend a class = 5 points (each)
  • Every inch lost = 10 points
  • Each pound lost = 10 points
  • Complete a weekly challenge (9 total) = 50 points each (no pics didn’t happen!)

*Participants are limited to taking 2 classes/day

On January 27th at 4pm come down to BPM Fitness Centre (800B Cloverdale) for the weigh-in party and receive:

  • Body Fat % and muscle quality testing
  • Weigh-in
  • Girth measurements
  • “Before” photo
  • Nutrition 101 info pack
  • Nutritional workshop: Date to be announced 
  • Tips and tricks for success
  • Invitation to our Private Facebook 60-Day Challenge Group

On March 31st at 4pm we’ll record the final numbers, get “after” photos and see who our winners are!
