The Fitness Assessment is the first step for any new client. It’s an opportunity to meet our Team, tour our studio, discuss your goals, different training opportunities, and to see if we’d be a good fit.

It also serves as an opportunity to assess your unique needs and establish a baseline of fitness. It is a crucial step that allows our team to curate a program specific to you. The assessment takes 60-75 minutes, but don’t worry, its not strenuous.
