HOW PERSONAL TRAINING WORKS
BPM’s expert Personal Trainers are ready to guide you every step of the way:
- 1. Initial Discovery Call: Once you apply for the assessment, one of our Senior Trainers will be in touch to discuss your needs, goals, and availability. From there, we’ll book you for your in-person fitness assessment at BPM.
- 2. Fitness Assessment: Results begin by crafting a plan. In this 60-minute, complimentary fitness assessment we’ll take you through our custom-tailored movement and mobility screen, discuss goals, tour our gym, and determine next steps.
- 3. Book Sessions: Your Personal Trainer will pre-book all your sessions and discuss how to to establish a good routine. This will help create a habit and keep you accountable.
- 4. Your Workouts: It’s go time! Arrive ready to go and your Personal Trainer will take care of the rest. No more counting reps, recording your workouts, or worrying what to do – we got you! Each workout is 60-minutes in length at the BPM studio.
- 5. Check-Ins & Tracking: In order to achieve your goals, your Personal Trainer will regularly check-in to ensure you’re not only loving your workouts, but seeing results. The Trainer will also track every workout, set, rep, and overall progressions to guarantee optimal results.
