STRENGTH + CONDITIONING

Description

Strength Conditioning is the best way to build overall strength and improve exercise biomechanics. This 45-60 minute full-body workout is appropriate for any skill level and focuses on strength based movements like power lifting, Olympic lifting, bodybuilding and functional exercises using barbells, dumbbells, bands and everything in-between.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Warm-Up

Your Coach is ready to help you get the most of your workout with a 5-minute warm-up that’ll get your heart pumping, muscles thumping, and body ready for action.

Demonstration + Skill

Every Strength Con class is different, and our Coaches are trained to get you as ready as possible with exercise demonstrations and skill work. We’ll teach you the necessary techniques and biomechanics to get the most out of your workout.

Grind Time!

Get ready for 45-60 minutes of gainz! Our Coaches will guide you, support you, and motivate you every step of the way. Whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned vet, we’ve got you!

Stretch/Cool Down

This is when we cool down, focus on recovery, and celebrating one kick-ass workout. We’ll target the main muscles we used in the workout to ensure you achieve the best recovery possible.
