Cross conditioning

Description

Cross Conditioning is a high-intensity workout that incorporates elements of Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, and functional exercises to serve up constantly varied workouts that keep you guessing. This 45-60 minute class will introduce you to the fundamentals of lifting including biomechanics, proper form, and technique scalable for any skill level. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Warm-Up

Your Coach is ready to help you get the most of your workout with a 5-minute warm-up that’ll get your heart pumping, muscles thumping, and body ready for action.

Demonstration + Skill

Cross Con is constantly varied and our Coaches are trained to get you as ready as possible with exercise demonstrations and skill work. We’ll teach you the necessary techniques and biomechanics to get the most out of your workout.

Grind Time!

Get energized for 45-60 minutes of intensity! Our Coaches will guide you, support you, and motivate you every step of the way. Whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned vet, we’ve got you!

Stretch/Cool Down

This is when we cool down, focus on recovery, and celebrating one kick-ass workout. We’ll target the main muscles we used in the workout to ensure you achieve the best recovery possible.
