What to Expect

Each Plan is custom designed to your goals, needs, and home equipment. No matter your goal, how many times/week you exercise, or what equipment you have at your disposal we’ll provide you a program that’ s safe and effective. 

How it Works

Within 24-hours of purchasing your Plan below, BPM will send you a link to complete our Client Intake Form. The intake form serves as the building block for your custom designed workouts. From there, we’ll invite you to join our Mobile App where you’ll be able to view and track your progress.
