THE ASSESSMENT (90-MINUTES)

The Golf Biomechanics Blueprint is an assessment and recommendations aimed at identifying mobility restrictions, muscular imbalances, and movement inefficiencies that directly impact golf swing mechanics, power generation, and risk of injury across a 90-minute session lead by our expert Trainers. This 90-minute session will educate and empower you to take control of your mechanics and improve all aspects of your swing and movement.

Every private Personal Training session is 1-hour in length and includes a workout program custom tailored to your needs and goals, plus nutritional support, and additional fitness support. Clients will also receive an at-home/on their own workout program in our custom App that allows them to track their workouts, see video demos, and stay in touch with their Trainer. Custom Nutrition Plans and Nutrition Coaching are also available.
