The benefits of one-on-one with the energy and camaraderie of a group! Our Coaches carefully put together groups of athletes to work toward similar goals and outcomes. Perfect for any sport whether its Baseball, Basketball, Football, Rugby, Soccer – or Pickleball! All group sessions are 90-minutes in length and include up to 30 other Youth Athletes in BPM’s sport focused facility.
Regardless of your sport, our Coaches are deeply committed to your results and success in the gym and in your respective sport.

PERSONAL TRAINING
All one-on-one Personal Training sessions are 1-hour in length and include a program custom tailored to your needs and goals. With over 10 highly educated and motivated Certified Personal Trainers, BPM’s private studio provides everything you need to have a fun and effective workout.
At over 3,500 square feet with 17-foot high ceilings, tons of open space, and state-of-the-art equipment BPM’s private training facility boasts Olympic barbells, calibrated plates, up to 110 lb dumbbells, cable machines, turf and sled, climbing rope, squat racks/cages, kettlebells, rowers, ski ergs, bikes and a ton more!

YOUTH GROUP TRAINING
BPM and Campbell Strength & Conditioning are excited to offer a dynamic and engaging training experience designed specifically for youth aged 13-18 to excel in their sport of choice.
Our Strength & Conditioning Program aims to help our athletes build strength, confidence, overall conditioning, and excel in their respective sport. Whether you’re looking to improve in your favourite sport, boost overall fitness, or just have a blast while staying healthy, the expert Coaches at Campbell Strength and Conditioning are here to guide and inspire you every step of the way.
Choose from 2 or 3 S & C sessions/week, but hurry space is limited!

Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Time: 8:00pm – 9:30pm (90-minutes)

YOUR COACH: JOSH CAMPBELL
Coach Campbell is passionate about helping young athletes build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that carry over into sport and life. Holding a Master’s degree in Exercise Science with a focus on Strength and Conditioning, Josh has worked with athletes at every level—from youth programs to university and elite baseball.
Josh currently coaches with the Victoria Eagles Baseball Club, where he was recently promoted to Manager of their 2026 Junior Premier team. He’s also worked with the Victoria HarbourCats and UVic Vikes men’s basketball team, giving him a strong background in athlete development.
In his youth sessions, Josh creates a fun, supportive environment where kids learn proper movement, improve strength and mobility, and enjoy the process of getting fitter and stronger.
