  3. Jump Squats
  4. Pendulum Lunge
  5. Shuttle Lunges
  6. Pistol Bridge
  7. Leg Lifts
  8. Burpees

BOOTY EMOM

Equipment: None

Direction: Perform each EMOM for 10 rounds. Complete the 3 exercises as quickly as possible then rest for the remainder of the minutes and repeat for the 10 rounds. 

EMOM A

1) Squats – 10

2) Burpee – 5

3) Pendulum Lunges – 10

EMOM B

1) Wide – Narrow Squat – 10

2) Jump Squats x 5

3) Kickbacks x 5/side
