The best way to ensure you get the most out of each Personal Training session is to start with a Personal Training Phone Consult (see below). This free 10-15 minute call is your opportunity to get to know the Trainer, while discussing your wants and needs. Following the Consult, we’ll either jump into training or perform an assessment. Every assessment is different, but we tailor it to your needs. This may include a mobility screen, strength testing, flexibility testing, and body composition testing in addition to exercise introductions and overall education.
