Description

This 45-60-minute workout combines boxing combinations on the heavy bag, partner pad work, lower-body and core conditioning exercises including HIIT, circuit, AMRAP, and EMOMs to give you a killer full-body workout appropriate for any skill level.

*Please note 16oz boxing gloves and wraps are required. You may bring your own or they can be purchased or rented from the BPM shop.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Warm-Up

Your Coach is ready to help you get the most of your workout with a 5-minute warm-up that’ll get your heart pumping, muscles thumping, and body ready for action.

Shadowboxing + Demonstration

Every Box Con class starts with shadowboxing to review our 10 core punches and overall technique specific to each workout. We’ll follow this up with combo and exercise demonstrations so you get the most our of your workout.

Grind Time!

Get ready for 45-60 minutes of  hitting things! Our Coaches will guide you, support you, and motivate you every step of the way. Whether you’re new to boxing or a seasoned vet, we’ve got you!

Stretch/Cool Down

This is when we cool down, focus on recovery, and celebrating one kick-ass workout. We’ll target the main muscles we used in the workout to ensure you achieve the best recovery possible.
