STRENGTH CON

Strength Conditioning is the best way to improve your overall strength and exercise biomechanics. This 45-60 minute full-body workout is appropriate for any skill level and focuses on strength based movements like power lifting, Olympic lifting, and functional exercises using barbells, dumbbells, bands and everything in-between.

Bootcamp is a full-body workout that incorporates HIIT, circuit training, and functional exercises using a variety of equipment to build strength, improve cardio, and have a ton of fun. This 45-60 minute class is perfect for any skill level.

This 45-minute HIIT-focused class is perfect for anyone looking to get an efficient full-body workout that’ll challenge your cardio and improve your overall conditioning using barbells, dumbbells, bands and everything in between.

CROSS CON

Cross Conditioning is a high-intensity workout that incorporates elements of Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, and functional exercises to serve up constantly varied workouts that keep you guessing. This 45-60 minute class will introduce you to the fundamentals of lifting including biomechanics, proper form, and technique scalable for any skill level.

BOX CON

This 60-minute workout combines boxing combinations on the heavy bag, partner pad work, lower-body and core conditioning exercises including HIIT, circuit, AMRAP, and EMOMs to give you a killer full-body workout appropriate for any skill level. Please note 16oz boxing gloves and wraps are required and can be purchased or rented from the BPM shop.

This 60-minute open gym session is your opportunity to kick your own butt! Create your own workout, use the equipment, and take advantage of BPM’s functional fitness design with access to squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, and more!
