About: Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor Mike is an athlete at heart. Growing up in Calgary, for Mike sports came first. Playing at a collegiate level Football and rugby was his passion, which bespoke his ability to teach others about the benefits of recreation and sport.
For the last 7 years Mike has instructed various bootcamps, HIIT and event training for those training for events like tough mudder and the spartan race. Mike’s outlook on life is to learn to love what you hate and you will never have a bad day in your life. Mike’s main focus on personal training is weight loss, strength training, injury prevention and active mobility.

About: Growing up in Victoria, British Columbia I spent my days playing basketball, having campfires on the beach, or mountain biking the trails in Metchosin. My passion for health and wellness led me to Camosun College and PISE, where I studied two years in the Athletic and Exercise Therapy Program and received my Personal Training certification through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. I later switched programs to obtain my Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Fitness Leadership specializing in Exercise and Wellness. For the last 6 years I have worked with many clients ranging from exercise rehab, weight-loss to performance. With my extensive education I emphasize safety, efficiency, and function in order for clients to achieve their goals long term and avoid injury.
In addition to my training background, I also practice manual therapy through Fascial Stretch Therapy/ Bodywork sessions. Along with ongoing knowledge from continuing studies at the Canadian School of Osteopathy Manual Practice in Vancouver, I incorporate a multi-faceted approach to healing and training.

About: Born and raised in Toronto but, loving that island life for the last 4 years. Eddie has a background of Physical and Health Education from U of T and a high school teaching degree from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. It was while studing in NZ that Eddie found his love for yoga. The yoga’s ability to transform and bring forth the light in everyone is what drew him to his first yoga teacher training in 2010. He has been teaching yoga full time across Canada, the United States, and New Zealand since then.

About: Wanda is a five-foot bundle of energy. About: Luke is a spin-obsessed Brazilian who has found his happy place at BPM. He works at the Royal Jubilee Hospital as a Respiratory Therapist and if you’re asking yourself what that exactly is … it’s basically like being a Superhero! Luke splits his time between long 12-hour shifts at the hospital, spin classes at BPM and the gym. But he always finds some extra time to have some coffee (sometimes wine) and chill with his friends.
